TELAVIV still expensive

Tel Aviv more expensive than Zurich, Brussels and Berlin? The Global Property Guide magazine in 2009 shows that the price per square meter in Tel Aviv is more expensive than 1 119 U.S. $ compared to that of Zurich, 1 315 dollars compared to Brussels and 1 552 dollars higher than Berlin.
Tel Aviv is more expensive than many major cities in the world, as Frankfort (36th with $ 4 407) or Toronto (42e $ 4 007). Zurich is even cheaper than Tel Aviv (51st with $ 3 463).
Tel Aviv, occupies the 33rd place, the average square meter up to 4 582 dollars, after Milan (32nd place with $ 4 624) and Amsterdam (31st place with $ 4 650).
