TELAVIV still expensive

Tel Aviv more expensive than Zurich, Brussels and Berlin? The Global Property Guide magazine in 2009 shows that the price per square meter in Tel Aviv is more expensive than  1 119 U.S. $ compared to that of Zurich, 1 315 dollars compared to Brussels and 1 552 dollars higher than Berlin.

Tel Aviv is more expensive than many major cities in the world, as Frankfort (36th with $ 4 407) or Toronto (42e $ 4 007). Zurich is even cheaper than Tel Aviv (51st with $ 3 463).

  Tel Aviv, occupies the 33rd place, the average square meter up to 4 582 dollars, after Milan (32nd place with $ 4 624) and Amsterdam (31st place with $ 4 650).

In return rental Tel Aviv is in 44th place with a yield of around 5.13%. Invest in (Moldova with 14.17% efficiency), Cairo (12%) and Jakarta (Indonesia - 11.27%). But in these last town attention to anti-Semitism!


Monte Carlo in Monaco is leading with an average price of 47 578 dollars a square meter, immediately behind Moscow with an average price of 20 853 dollars per square meter.


  Global Property Guide are based on 120 m² apartment in the city center. The magazine reviewed 112 major cities of the world where some of the buyers are foreign residents.


3rd place is London, with 20 756 dollars a square meter, followed by Tokyo ($ 17 998). And 112th in the red lantern to Cairo with 574 dollars per square meter.  Investors can also address other major cities that are cheaper in Bangalore India ($ 657), Penco Chile ($ 669) and in Quito the capital of Ecuador - ($ 820).
